Privately owned, Locus Estate was established in 2017 and has successfully developed and delivered multiple properties across Africa.
At Locus Estate, we pride ourselves on our extensive portfolio of modern houses, apartments and lands strategically located in some of the most sought-after locations. Locus has an exciting portfolio of off-plan and completed properties to choose from.
Locus Estate has a diverse local and international client base including investors and end-users
(owner-occupiers). Locus currently has several multi-million-dollar ongoing projects that are due
to be delivered before 2025.
From mid-income, value-orientated residential developments, ranch-style mansions and
vacation homes to luxury beachfront resorts, Locus has a varied portfolio to suit all personal
tastes and budgets.
Corporate social responsibility and philanthropy are at the very heart of Locus and its CEO is
passionate about giving back to society and transforming the environment in which children in
Africa live. In 2019, Locus Estate set up the Anidaso Foundation to drive this agenda and passion.
Our History
Founded over 5 years ago, Locus Estate has evolved into a fully integrated business with more than 50 employees, who deliver world-class services in the real estate industry.
Our first development was completed in 2017, a six-unit apartment residence in Accra. Since then, we have delivered over 50 residential units and commercial properties.
We are led by a highly experienced and entrepreneurial management team drawn from all sectors of the property industry with our founder playing a key role in the business. The team is committed to value creation and uncompromising quality across all stages of the development lifecycle.
